Salary: $109,200 - $184,080

What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals through strategic account management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and business plans for the New England region.
- Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and professional services to deliver sales wins.
- Conduct discovery calls to analyze prospect needs and competitively position against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
- Own the full sales cycle from qualification and RFP responses to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Massachusetts, USA.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive selling complex identity security or SaaS solutions.
- Ability to lead a virtual team of partner resources and technical specialists.
- Strong proficiency in discovery call analysis and value proposition presentation.
- Ability to navigate discussions across all customer levels, from stakeholders to technical decision-makers.
- Travel: Business travel of approximately 50% yearly is expected.
