What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-risk areas for the audit plan using ERM results and data-driven techniques.
• Lead end-to-end operational audits across functions like Data Governance, AI governance, and Finance.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of preventative and detective controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to diagnose root causes of fraud and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop automated audit procedures using tools like Workiva, OpenAI, and Power Automate.
• Prepare executive-ready audit reports and monitor stakeholder remediation efforts.

Requirements

• 7–9+ years of progressive experience in Internal Audit or related roles.
• Strong operational audit experience within a technology company environment.
• Understanding of COSO, risk assessment methodologies, and control design best practices.
• Experience with data-driven audit techniques, audit technologies, and AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related fields.
• Ability to communicate complex control concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
