What you will do
- Identify and prioritize high-risk areas for the audit plan using ERM results and data-driven techniques.
- Lead end-to-end operational audits across functions like Data Governance, AI governance, and Finance.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of preventative and detective controls.
- Partner with stakeholders to diagnose root causes of fraud and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop automated audit procedures using tools like Workiva, OpenAI, and Power Automate.
- Prepare executive-ready audit reports and monitor stakeholder remediation efforts.
Requirements
- 7–9+ years of progressive experience in Internal Audit or related roles.
- Strong operational audit experience within a technology company environment.
- Understanding of COSO, risk assessment methodologies, and control design best practices.
- Experience with data-driven audit techniques, audit technologies, and AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related fields.
- Ability to communicate complex control concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- CPA, CIA, CISA, or CFE certifications.
