Salary: $69,000 - $79,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Understand customer business goals to embed solutions into daily workflows and increase lifetime value.
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers regarding product functionality and use cases.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and QBRs to drive business value and ROI.
  • Forecast risks and maintain high renewal rates while driving expansion in partnership with Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Support) to provide visibility into product performance and customer feedback.
  • Build a network of customer advocates to serve as references and success stories.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or work on-site in West Palm Beach, Florida.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven track record of mitigating churn and driving customer engagement and renewals.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives to drive program strategy and ROI.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
