What you will do

  • Manage a book of enterprise-level customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and same-store sales growth.
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to provide customized strategic planning for business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve acute and systemic issues for long-term resolution.
  • Champion product enhancements by working directly with development teams based on customer feedback.
  • Drive efficiency for providers by upselling additional features within the patient collections suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide network-wide solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Overland Park, KS
  • 2-4 years of proven account management or B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and present effectively to C-level management.
  • Experience in the HME/DME industry or medical billing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel as required by the role.
