What you will do

• Manage engineering projects and contracts, ensuring financial and commercial compliance.
• Deliver services to clients as project opportunities arise, maintaining incident-free delivery to agreed quality standards.
• Drive proactive safety culture across projects with a zero-harm target.
• Lead site teams throughout the delivery lifecycle (installation and commissioning) and maintain project management tools (risk registers, programmes, inspection and test plans).
• Manage project progress reporting, including supply chain coordination (sub-contractors, agency labour, and third-party suppliers).
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks; develop and maintain client and key supplier/manufacturer relationships.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in wastewater industry projects with a value of circa £1m, managing multiple multi-disciplinary civils and construction sites.
• Relevant industry skills card/qualifications (CSCS/IOSH/CPCS) and SMSTS qualification.
• Knowledge/experience of temporary works tasks and registers, lift operations, deep excavations and shaft construction.
• Knowledge of current CDM regulations.
• Excellent MS Office 365 skills, including MS Project; practical and calm under pressure.
• Full UK driving license.
