What you will do

• Partner with client stakeholders to define and align data governance strategies with business goals.
• Design and implement MDM solutions to ensure authoritative data across customer, product, and supplier domains.
• Develop data policies, standards, and stewardship models to promote accountability.
• Establish metadata management and data lineage tracking to support auditability.
• Define and monitor data quality metrics and lead remediation efforts.
• Facilitate workshops and training to promote data literacy and governance adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Proven experience in data governance, data management, or MDM consulting.
• Strong understanding of MDM principles, architectures, and implementation patterns.
• Experience with governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Talend.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and modern data stacks.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Certifications in data governance, MDM, or cloud platforms.
• Experience with data cataloging, lineage, and metadata management.
