What you will do

• Lead the Data Advisory Services function, aligning data advisory strategy with enterprise data and growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Analytics Advisory, and Solution Architecture teams to position data insights as solutions for complex client challenges.
• Design, standardize, and scale repeatable Data Advisory Services offerings across diverse customer use cases.
• Guide the development of automated and agentic solutions for data stewardship, identity matching, and hierarchy activation.
• Coach and mentor a team of 8-12 Data Advisors, fostering a culture of innovation and consultative excellence.
• Execute and grow paid Data Advisory Services to drive scalable, service-based revenue streams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Data Management.
• Deep expertise in Data Management strategies for risk, marketing, and supply chain use cases.
• Strong analytic skills in model usage, validation, and strategy design.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Data, analytics, or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Data management or governance certifications (e.g., DAMA-CDMP, DCAM).
• Advanced analytics, AI/ML, or automation-related certifications.
• Formal consulting or professional services training.
