What you will do

• Design and deliver enterprise data standards, frameworks, and operating models for Data Governance and Information Management.
• Implement AI-Ready data controls, specifically focusing on data quality and cataloguing using strategic management tooling.
• Develop practical ownership and governance models to categorize data domains and embed standards with system owners.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of controls across the data lifecycle for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to advocate for and implement data management best practices.
• Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data management within the hirify.global Group.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data management and governance, including data ownership, quality, metadata, lineage, and cataloguing.
• Proficiency in data governance tools (e.g., Anomalo, Atlan) and experience with cloud platforms like GCP and AWS.
• Proven track record of implementing data management frameworks and operating models within technical processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address the root causes of data issues.
• Exemplary communication skills to convey technical complexity to stakeholders and host professional forums.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid working at the Osterley Campus.
