Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare Providers (AI Software): Drive enterprise-wide sales for CXone Mpower by building and maintaining relationships with Healthcare Providers, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market share with an accent on AI software solutions, quota attainment, and C-level executive negotiations. Focus on negotiating strategic agreements, coordinating cross-functional sales activities, and developing purchasing agreements while analyzing customer business constraints and opportunities.
Location: USA - Remote (must reside within the West Coast)

What you will do
- Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
- Coordinate and lead sales activities to meet business goals in Healthcare Providers.
- Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships, including C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Identify new sales opportunities by analyzing customer business situations and technology-driven changes.
- Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between CXone Mpower and customers.
- Ensure proposed solutions leverage CXone Mpower strengths and can be implemented successfully.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products (portfolio sales) and services into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type role.
- 1–2+ years of experience selling AI software solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
- Proven relationship and client management skills, including handling and resolving customer escalations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level and VP-level executives.
- Must reside within the West Coast (USA).
