What you will do

• Shape and implement multifaceted litigation and arbitration strategies across jurisdictions.
• Manage the global litigation and disputes portfolio and regulatory response strategy.
• Drive internal discovery activities, subpoena responses, and fact-finding investigations.
• Own all pre-litigation disputes, including those involving players.
• Identify opportunities to improve litigation processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Advise senior leaders in high-stakes litigation contexts and manage outside counsel.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in gaming, media, or consumer technology.
• Member in good standing of the California Bar or ability to register as in-house counsel in California.
• Broad complex litigation experience, specifically in consumer, intellectual property, or class actions.
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Practical business acumen and ability to drive pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
• Highly collaborative and collegial professional style.
