What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting across the APAC region to identify and engage new customers and generate qualified meetings.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing activities such as webinars and digital campaigns.
- Utilize prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha to build targeted outreach lists.
- Manage the sales pipeline and log all interactions accurately in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to improve lead quality and qualification processes.
- Leverage AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach for higher efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in applying generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate work.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for events and team meetings.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
- Multilingual ability in Mandarin or Bahasa.
