What you will do

  • Acquire new mid-to-large Banking or Insurance clients, leading the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
  • Leverage a credible network of senior buyers and C-level executives in the German FSI ecosystem to create meaningful conversations.
  • Translate the company's custom software, data, and AI capabilities into tangible commercial value for clients.
  • Shape complex bids and proposals, qualifying opportunities to ensure high-margin and high-fit wins.
  • Represent the company in relevant German financial services networks, innovation events, and professional communities.

Requirements

  • Several years of new-business sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals in the German Banking or Insurance market.
  • Fluent business German (written and spoken) is essential for negotiations and relationship building.
  • Experience selling custom technical services, ideally involving software, data, or AI, into complex environments.
  • Professional services background, specifically from delivery-led firms focusing on engineering-led work.
  • Strong commercial drive and confidence in navigating senior stakeholders up to C-level.

Nice to have

  • Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration and international contexts.
