What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across large global financial institutions.
• Build, expand, and deepen strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned with client priorities and GTM strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Client Success, and R&D to deliver a coordinated client experience.
• Maintain strong pipeline and forecasting discipline to support internal planning.
• Contribute to the evolution of engagement models and go-to-market strategies for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex SaaS or platform sales cycles, ideally in wealth management or financial services.
• Fluent German speaker with a proven track record of selling across the DACH region.
• Experience navigating large organizations and aligning solutions to broad business objectives.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in Geneva, Switzerland.
