What you will do

• Lead the design and analysis of A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion and engagement.
• Develop and automate dashboards for product, funnel, and business performance metrics.
• Own product analytics instrumentation, event tracking strategies, and data governance.
• Build a customer 360° view by integrating behavioral, marketing, and servicing data.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable roadmap recommendations.
• Utilize AI-powered analytics tools to accelerate insight generation and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, BI, or data science.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Expertise in designing and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Tableau, Looker, or Mode).
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis and modeling.
• Background in fintech, consumer lending, or marketplaces.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications within analytics workflows.
