What you will do

  • Provide leadership, development, and management for the Sales Associate team.
  • Develop and implement strategic vision and sales programs to drive performance.
  • Act as a liaison between product, operations, and contracting teams to improve sales enablement.
  • Conduct individualized and group coaching sessions on cold calling and meeting management.
  • Establish qualitative and quantitative indicators for sustainable team performance.
  • Manage personnel decisions including hiring, salary actions, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Arlington, VA.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with a proven propensity for leadership.
  • 1+ years of direct people leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of assigned market channels such as Government, Corporations, Tax, or Law.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for high-level professional audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a confident, self-starting approach.
