What you will do
- Leverage executive relationships and leads to identify and qualify new consulting opportunities.
- Collaborate with Delivery Directors and Managing Director to craft tailored solutions balancing strategic impact and feasibility.
- Lead consultative conversations with C-suite and SVP-level executives to position Voyage as a trusted partner.
- Own end-to-end sales process from introduction through scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Guide opportunities through complex client procurement and contracting processes.
- Build and sustain long-term executive relationships and maintain pipeline in Pipedrive.
Requirements
- 10+ years in management consulting business development roles
- Proven success selling consulting services to large enterprises ($500M+ revenue)
- Prior consulting delivery experience (consultant, engagement manager, or practice lead)
- Existing network of C-level and senior executives in utilities, financial services, and/or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of service transformation, process improvement, change management, and project/program management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional executive presence, and CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
