TL;DR

What you will do

  • Leverage executive relationships and leads to identify and qualify new consulting opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Directors and Managing Director to craft tailored solutions balancing strategic impact and feasibility.
  • Lead consultative conversations with C-suite and SVP-level executives to position Voyage as a trusted partner.
  • Own end-to-end sales process from introduction through scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Guide opportunities through complex client procurement and contracting processes.
  • Build and sustain long-term executive relationships and maintain pipeline in Pipedrive.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in management consulting business development roles
  • Proven success selling consulting services to large enterprises ($500M+ revenue)
  • Prior consulting delivery experience (consultant, engagement manager, or practice lead)
  • Existing network of C-level and senior executives in utilities, financial services, and/or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of service transformation, process improvement, change management, and project/program management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional executive presence, and CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
