What you will do

• Manage invoicing and payment processes for PEPM clients and new products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate client payments.
• Analyze client payment trends and identify outstanding balances using Power BI, Salesforce, and Intacct.
• Submit invoices through various client portals and ensure accurate documentation.
• Address client inquiries related to invoicing and collections promptly.
• Develop solutions to support the Finance organization's evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Must be based in the United States.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and Intacct.
• Experience with portal invoice submissions (e.g., Coupa, Ariba).
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Looker).
