TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (AdTech): Managing the technical health and performance of DSP partnerships with an accent on integration quality, troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization. Focus on resolving bidstream issues, enhancing signal fidelity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per annum

What you will do

  • Own the technical performance and health of DSP partnerships.
  • Analyze bidstream data, logs, and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot integration and delivery issues such as bid rates, win rates, and signal loss.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to resolve bugs and enhance integration capabilities.
  • Support the onboarding and technical integration of new demand partners.
  • Provide actionable insights to partners to improve bidding behavior and revenue yield.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or a technical client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of OpenRTB, DSP/SSP interactions, and programmatic auction dynamics.
  • Proven analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and log-level data.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Must be based in New York City and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with analytics platforms like Kibana or Looker.
  • Familiarity with SDK integrations, identity solutions (IDFA, UID2), or signal frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and bid request/response structures.
  • Experience working closely with sales engineering or product teams.
