What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a dedicated book of business.
• Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues, including discrepancies, frequency analysis, and tag drop-offs.
• Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns meet budget and client goals.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure tracking codes function correctly across websites.
• Support knowledge sharing and develop best practices within the TAM team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or Campaign Manager in digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, or Amazon DSP.
• Proficiency in interpreting data using Microsoft Excel or other analysis tools.
• Experience configuring and interpreting data in Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Ability to read code, specifically HTML, Javascript, or Python.
• Deep familiarity with the programmatic landscape including DMPs, RTB, tagging, and bidding.
