What you will do

• Translate plans into detailed finite production schedules based on asset constraints, labor availability, and changeover logic.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize daily schedule adherence and minimize last-minute adjustments.
• Collaborate daily with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve execution gaps and manage unplanned downtime.
• Monitor and maintain scheduling master data, including run-rates, yields, constraint logic, and sequencing rules.
• Track key performance metrics such as line fill rate and production attainment to support S&OP and S&OE processes.
• Propose and participate in continuous improvement events (Kaizen) to enhance stability and reduce lead times.

Requirements

• Must be based in or work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in production scheduling or planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and capacity planning.
• Expertise in global supply chain, production control, and lean/inventory reduction techniques.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• SAP experience.
