What you will do

• Analyze and maintain part planning parameters based on materials strategy and demand profiles.
• Convert demand signals into Work Orders following established planning processes.
• Track material shortages and lead times to mitigate production risks.
• Develop balanced production plans through capacity analysis and team collaboration.
• Facilitate the review and update of Planning Bill of Materials (PBOMs).
• Monitor production flow through order expediting and aging WIP reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Planning/Operations experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information (U.S. Person status required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
