Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $204,000 – $327,500 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Success Engineers focused on strategic accounts.
  • Define operational standards, playbooks, and health monitoring rhythms to drive consistent technical execution.
  • Partner with Sales and CS leadership to identify expansion opportunities and deliver technical business cases.
  • Serve as the executive technical sponsor for top-tier customers, engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Advocate for customer requirements and roadmap priorities by partnering with Product and Engineering leadership.
  • Own end-to-end technical escalations and drive resolution across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services).
  • 6+ years in people leadership, specifically building or scaling post-sales technical teams in enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations, APIs, and multi-tenant architectures.
  • Proven ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and represent technical points of view in commercial conversations.
  • Experience using product usage data and health signals to drive team prioritization.
  • Ability to travel ~30% of the time within North America for customer onsites and team engagement.
