What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement using Value Stream Mapping across production and administrative processes.
• Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects to improve Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Cost metrics.
• Mentor teams on Lean Small Group Activities and facilitate improvement events.
• Support a Lean specialty sub-committee and act as a subject matter expert.
• Engage in personal development through internal training, research, and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and systems-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
