What you will do

• Collaborate with AMEC sales, marketing, and distribution teams to achieve regional sales and design-win targets.
• Act as the regional voice for the Business Group MOS and evangelize product strategies for AutoMOS, PowerMOS, and Small-signal MOS.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Application Engineers to grow the customer design-in funnel.
• Consolidate regional customer requirements and competitor intelligence to influence global product management.
• Lead marketing campaigns to promote specific product portfolios.
• Work with commercial marketing to optimize pricing and margin opportunities.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• In-depth experience in a customer-facing role within the power electronics industry.
• Strong strategic definition and tactical execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
• Intercultural awareness and ability to work effectively in international teams.
