What you will do
- Own global go-to-market execution through distribution channels for BMS and electrification solutions.
- Develop positioning, competitive narratives, and value propositions; design and deploy marketing collateral, sales tools, and training programs.
- Run the electrification systems demand-creation funnel by tracking design-wins, revenue contribution, and marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze business and market trends to continuously optimize strategy, tools, and messaging.
- Lead quarterly updates to global mass-market and distribution handbooks, including NPI launches, hero products, and success stories.
- Act as BMS and electrification marketing expert by engaging customers and distributors via meetings, trainings, webinars, industry events, and early-stage design engagements; collect feedback to influence future products and solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in high-technology industries, preferably semiconductors, embedded systems, or automotive.
- Solid understanding of embedded systems, semiconductors, and electrification solutions.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and business development skills to create impactful marketing presentations for sales and distributors.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and engage with customers and partners.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
