What you will do
- Own the Datacenter segment strategy and long-range growth plan, including target applications, customer segments, ecosystem partners, and priority opportunities.
- Build market and customer insight across hyperscalers, server OEMs/ODMs, power supply providers, and datacenter ecosystem partners.
- Translate market requirements into product and technology priorities and influence roadmap decisions using competitive intelligence.
- Develop competitive positioning, value propositions, and market messaging versus leading power semiconductor and power-system suppliers.
- Drive Datacenter go-to-market strategy: customer targeting, design-win priorities, ecosystem engagement, messaging, and launch plans.
- Build and lead a high-performing Datacenter Strategic Marketing team to execute market insight, customer engagement, and GTM delivery.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, product management, applications, business development, or related leadership roles in semiconductors, power electronics, or datacenter infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of datacenter and AI infrastructure power architectures (server power, auxiliary power, distributed power systems, and higher-voltage power delivery trends).
- Proven ability to develop market strategies, influence product roadmaps, and drive GTM execution.
- Experience engaging directly with hyperscalers, server OEMs/ODMs, power supply providers, or datacenter ecosystem partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level strategy recommendations and customer-facing narratives.
