Location: Must be based in Mississippi or Alabama. This is a field sales role requiring 4.5 days per week in the field.

Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business while maintaining existing healthcare provider relationships.
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations to physicians, genetic counselors, and clinical staff.
  • Execute in-person and virtual client meetings to drive adoption of genetic testing services.
  • Lead educational initiatives including regional conferences, physician lunches, and in-office appointments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline progress in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mississippi or Alabama with a valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage multiple service offerings.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage territory activities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
