What you will do
- Manage and grow B2B business relationships within the Japanese channel partner ecosystem.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner business plans including demand marketing and executive interlocks.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through partner networks.
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams to implement joint demand generation strategies.
- Present value propositions to enable partners to build profitable and sustainable businesses.
- Provide accurate reporting and sales forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Alliances and Channels, including distributor and reseller ecosystems.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems such as NEC Group, NTT Group, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, or Google Meet.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on execution with high-level strategic thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
