What you will do
- Build and foster long-term relationships with customers to drive engagement, retention, and growth.
- Create and execute success plans to ensure product adoption and achievement of measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage renewal risks and identify upsell opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct strategic business reviews to align on product roadmaps, best practices, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a customer advocate, surfacing feature requests and insights to internal product and engineering teams.
- Leverage internal technical expertise to provide effective solutions to complex customer issues.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish required
- Must be based in Mexico
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success or Technical Account Management role
- 2+ years of experience with SIEM and SOAR technologies
- Strong knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cloud infrastructures
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS organization
- Familiarity with DevOps, IT operations, or cloud technologies
- Experience managing software integration projects
- Prior experience in the log management space
