What you will do
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activity, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Conduct online presentations and face-to-face demonstrations for potential customers.
- Represent the company at industry exhibits, conferences, and regional events.
- Collaborate across departments to align sales goals with company priorities.
Requirements
- Must reside in California (Southern CA or LA area preferred).
- 6-8 years of sales experience, specifically in early childhood education or K-12.
- Proven track record of success selling digital, print, and professional development education solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM solution.
- Ability to travel up to 50% with seasonal variations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level.

- Prior experience in the education field, such as working as a classroom teacher.
