What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 operational support and troubleshooting for Workday HR and Finance modules.
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve system issues and improve business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to diagnose root causes of workflow failures.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, including support procedures and training materials.
• Define and execute test cases for system upgrades, enhancements, and data file transfers.
• Provide functional guidance to end-users and mentor peers on system functionality.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (preferably Business).
• Minimum of three years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical staff and non-technical end users.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CGA, CMA, or CA) or HR certification (CHRP).
• Direct experience with Workday configuration or support.
