CIS Implementation Consultant (ERP)

TL;DR

CIS Implementation Consultant (ERP): Delivering and configuring enQuesta CIS solutions for utility customers with an accent on business process analysis, system configuration, and client training. Focus on translating customer requirements into solution deliverables, ensuring timely project completion, and providing post-implementation support.

Location: Remote within Canada and the US. Up to 50% travel within North America is required. A valid passport is needed for travel.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Serve as a customer advocate and facilitate communication with project teams and internal resources.
• Perform information collection, analysis, and documentation of customer requirements and processes.
• Configure software using approved workflow and business rules.
• Assist with data mapping and validation during conversions.
• Customize and deliver training materials for remote and classroom sessions.
• Provide support during customer testing and product implementation.
• Identify and mitigate project issues and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of CIS and/or Utility Industry experience.
• Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to interpret requirements.
• Adept at writing SQL queries.
• Ability to travel 50% within North America.
• A valid passport is required for travel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen.
