Implementation Consultant (CIS)

Implementation Consultant (CIS): Delivering and configuring enQuesta CIS solutions for utility industry clients with an accent on business process analysis, system configuration, and customer training. Focus on translating complex customer requirements into technical deliverables, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful software implementation.

Location: Remote within Canada or the US, or based in Winooski, VT. Must be able to travel up to 50% within North America with a valid passport/visa.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams including developers and QA.
• Perform discovery and document business processes based on customer requirements.
• Configure software using approved workflows and business rules.
• Assist with data mapping and validation for conversion processes.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions in remote and classroom environments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the US.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within North America with a valid passport/visa.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in CIS or the Utility industry.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and debugging error logs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen.
• Understanding of Meter Reading Head-end Systems.
