What you will do

• Design, code, test, and document process workflows using Appian technology.
• Implement functional specifications into robust, reliable commercial technology assets.
• Collaborate with internal and external user groups in an agile environment.
• Maintain and enhance existing business platform capabilities.
• Contribute to the Appian practice by sharing methods and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience building enterprise workflows using the Appian platform.
• Strong knowledge of Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, and Data Management (XSDs, SQL).
• Experience with web development and Service-Oriented Architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and database platforms such as Oracle or MariaDB.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with DocuSign and document management platforms.
• Background in wealth management, brokerage, or financial services.
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course.
• Appian Certification.
