Company

hirify.global develops rack-scale AI infrastructure through semiconductor-based connectivity solutions and a software suite integrating CXL, Ethernet, NVLink, PCIe, and UALink technologies.

What you will do

  • Design and verify advanced-node CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuits for connectivity applications.
  • Develop PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, regulators, amplifiers, transmitters, receivers, and CDRs to meet performance targets.
  • Implement analog and clocking blocks for high-speed data transmission.
  • Perform transistor-level design, feedback and stability analysis, and noise and jitter analysis.
  • Contribute to IC tapeout, laboratory chip bring-up, debugging, calibration, and validation.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones and deliver designs under strict deadlines.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience designing high-speed mixed-signal circuits, including ADC/DAC converters, RX front ends, TX drivers/serializers, low-jitter PLLs, TX/RX calibration, and clock distribution.
  • Strong understanding of biasing, bandgaps, reference circuits, operational amplifiers, comparators, and other analog circuits.
  • Design and tapeout experience in advanced CMOS nodes, such as 20 nm or newer.
  • Strong teamwork, presentation, documentation, independent contribution, and delivery skills.
  • Familiarity with Python, MATLAB, or C, plus PCB design and Verilog RTL or DSP concepts.

Nice to have

  • Experience with TIA design, optical application drivers, RFIC design, wireless or wireline communication systems, and optical transceivers.
  • Research publications or patents in analog or RF IC design.
  • Expertise in ESD protection techniques and IC packaging methodologies.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work in a diverse environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and varied backgrounds and experiences.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
