What you will do

• Provide advanced deskside support for hardware and software in a trading floor environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot financial market data applications including Bloomberg, Reuters, and TradeWeb.
• Support Windows and macOS environments across PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Perform software installation and complex system troubleshooting.
• Maintain high standards of speed and discipline in service delivery.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization (W2 requirement).
• Advanced experience in deskside support and software installation.
• Proven experience in the financial industry, specifically with trading floor operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional personality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Matlab and Excel Add-ins.
• Prior experience supporting Apple tablets.
