What you will do
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for C-level executives and their assistants.
- Deliver white-glove, personalized technical support in both office and home environments.
- Manage and own the executive IT support lifecycle, including crisis triage and escalation.
- Deploy and maintain executive productivity tools, including hardware and software upgrades.
- Support complex conference room AV systems and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Provide direct feedback on technical issues impacting executive productivity.
Requirements
- 6+ years of corporate IT support experience required.
- Significant experience supporting C-level executives and assistants.
- Strong technical proficiency in macOS, Windows, and identity management (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune).
- Expertise in corporate networking, security, and AV systems (e.g., Neat, Crestron).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Claude and Gemini.
Nice to have
- Experience with specific AV hardware like Neat, Crestron, or Logitech.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
