What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 7 Technical Support Engineers in a player/coach capacity.
• Provide hands-on support for macOS and Windows endpoints for approximately 800 corporate users.
• Own and enforce ticket documentation and trend analysis within ServiceNow.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, local inventory, and asset lifecycles for the NJ headquarters.
• Troubleshoot office networking (Unifi/Meraki) and collaborate with central infrastructure teams.
• Execute backlog projects focused on endpoint security, compliance, and process automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate IT or technical support environments.
• Proven expertise supporting both macOS and Windows endpoints.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical staff.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Fort Lee, NJ headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cisco Meraki networking.
• Endpoint management experience (MDM, patching, software deployment).
• Experience working in agile or sprint-based operating models.
• Exposure to security, compliance, or audit-driven IT processes.
