TL;DR

Junior Client Operations Partner (French): Serving as the primary operational contact for corporate clients to deliver tailored solutions and manage project requirements with an accent on communication and quality assurance. Focus on coordinating internal workflows between Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).

Salary: PLN 96,000 – PLN 102,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients regarding requirements, delivery, and quality.
  • Translate client needs into actionable internal work orders and monitor project timelines.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure accurate information exchange.
  • Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate quality checks and manage operational meetings to maintain service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client data and suggest more robust production approaches.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
