What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with key partner stores to maximize food rescue supply.
• Provide training to store managers and staff on platform systems and food waste reduction.
• Engage partners directly via phone and email to improve performance and store engagement.
• Support the Key Account team with data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
• Onboard new key accounts through pre- and post-launch coordination.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure store information remains accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively over the phone.
• Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a focus on mission-driven outcomes.
• Basic affinity for working with data and eagerness to learn.
