What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 CRM executives to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and execute lifecycle and event-focused CRM calendars.
• Measure, report, and optimize all CRM activities to ensure business value.
• Collaborate with Trading, Acquisition, Product, and Creative teams for strategy alignment.
• Implement data-driven personalization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external CRM suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from North London, UK.
• Proven experience in creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and retention.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable CRM strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex ideas.
