What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 CRM executives to meet customer requirements.
- Develop and execute lifecycle and event-focused CRM calendars.
- Measure, report, and optimize all CRM activities to ensure business value.
- Collaborate with Trading, Acquisition, Product, and Creative teams for strategy alignment.
- Implement data-driven personalization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external CRM suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from North London, UK.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering promotional campaigns that increase revenue and retention.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable CRM strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex ideas.
Nice to have
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and industry regulations.
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with gambling compliance requirements.
