What you will do

• Craft and manage end-to-end onboarding journeys to drive product adoption and customer confidence.
• Own lifecycle campaigns that highlight new features and maintain brand presence throughout the customer journey.
• Analyze campaign performance data to uncover actionable insights and optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Legal, and Brand teams to ensure seamless, customer-first communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive joint marketing initiatives.
• Manage campaign budgets, approvals, and cross-team collaboration to champion marketing innovation.

Requirements

• Strong multi-channel campaign experience including planning, execution, and automated marketing programs.
• Proven ability to take creative ideas from brief to final assets in collaboration with creative teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret key metrics and demonstrate marketing impact.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Must be based in London or able to work from the office.
