What you will do
- Craft and manage end-to-end onboarding journeys to drive product adoption and customer confidence.
- Own lifecycle campaigns that highlight new features and maintain brand presence throughout the customer journey.
- Analyze campaign performance data to uncover actionable insights and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Legal, and Brand teams to ensure seamless, customer-first communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive joint marketing initiatives.
- Manage campaign budgets, approvals, and cross-team collaboration to champion marketing innovation.
Requirements
- Strong multi-channel campaign experience including planning, execution, and automated marketing programs.
- Proven ability to take creative ideas from brief to final assets in collaboration with creative teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret key metrics and demonstrate marketing impact.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Must be based in London or able to work from the office.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated financial services environments.
- Proficiency in HTML and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for design.
- Experience with data-driven test and learn strategies using tools like UserZoom.
