What you will do

• Establish and enforce credit policies, including dollar limits and risk management guidelines.
• Lead and motivate the credit services team to achieve world-class performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve customer issues and support business needs.
• Analyze market and economic conditions to adjust credit policies and minimize financial exposure.
• Oversee the quote-to-cash cycle and identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial practices, SEC, GAAP, and government regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial management or credit roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of commercial law, Uniform Commercial Code, and financial reporting systems.
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to travel more than 10% of the time.
