Consolidation Manager

What you will do

• Collaborate on the monthly worldwide financial close process and consolidation of financial statements.
• Ensure transactions are recorded and balances reported in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policy.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and annual impairment testing analysis.
• Perform monthly financial statement reviews, research, and flux investigations.
• Implement and maintain software applications to improve global finance team communication and efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit processes through detailed account reconciliations and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with an emphasis in accounting.
• 6-8 years of public accounting or industry experience with a focus on consolidation accounting.
• Strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Cognos Controller.
• Experience with MS AX Dynamix.
