Location: Onsite in Highland Heights, KY

What you will do

  • Analyze requests for credit extension by reviewing financial records, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Manage A/R aging reports and initiate collection procedures to reduce past due accounts.
  • Mitigate financial risk by obtaining insurance, cross-company guarantees, and PMSIs.
  • Negotiate and resolve customer disputes while documenting root causes to prevent recurrence.
  • Reconcile cash transactions and third-party remittances.
  • Establish credit lines and risk classes for new and existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit and collections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, if/and statements).
  • Strong attention to detail and effective customer service skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Highland Heights, KY.

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years of experience in credit/collections.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial statement analysis.
  • Experience working with SAP or A/S 400 systems.
