What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of rebate fulfillment and accounting operations for over $700M in annual payments.
• Oversee daily high-volume payment runs and partner with vendors to optimize payment delivery.
• Maintain quality control for bank reconciliations, prefund accounting, and period-close procedures.
• Design and enforce auditable processes to mitigate risk and prevent fraud.
• Collaborate with IT to drive automation and enhance platform reliability and data integrity.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting and rebate fulfillment team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years in an accounting leadership role.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid).
• Passion for sustainability and environmental impact.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Oracle or NetSuite.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and audit support.
• Experience with ERP implementation or accounting system changes.
