Manager, Campaign Development (Marketing/Tech): Leading a cross-functional team of developers and specialists to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns across email, web, and push channels with an accent on technical delivery, QA standards, and process optimization. Focus on bridging the gap between marketing stakeholders and R&D teams to ensure scalable, data-driven campaign execution and tooling reliability.

Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Compensation: CAD $77,837 – $122,548 annually

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers, campaign specialists, and marketing automation experts.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery operating model from intake and solutioning to launch and post-campaign reporting.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for front-end, platform, and tracking pixel troubleshooting.
  • Define technical requirements and acceptance criteria for banner and landing page tooling in partnership with R&D.
  • Drive QA strategy, release readiness, and incident management to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Partner with MarTech and Data Solutions to ensure scalable audience governance and data activation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of people management experience or equivalent leadership scope.
  • Strong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and guiding solutions.
  • Proven experience in QA leadership, including release readiness, incident management, and defect reduction.
  • Experience in delivery operations, including capacity planning, prioritization, and risk management.
  • Ability to define data requirements and audience segmentation logic.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional influence across Marketing, Product, and R&D.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Oracle Responsys, SFMC, or Iterable.
  • Familiarity with experimentation tools like VWO and event instrumentation.
  • Experience with Reverse ETL/CDP activation tooling such as Hightouch.
  • Knowledge of SQL, API integration concepts, and data warehousing patterns.
  • PMP or Scrum certification.
