Salary: $189,000–$260,000 (plus 55% bonus potential)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomes for high-impact special projects.
• Manage end-to-end program execution, including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, translating requirements into actionable epics and user stories.
• Provide product-level oversight for AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring alignment with business value and responsible AI practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and architecture to remove blockers and drive speed to market.
• Facilitate executive-level stakeholder alignment and decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in P&C or Specialty Insurance required.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven track record in product management, program management, and delivery leadership.
• Strong execution discipline with experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled products or data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
