Salary: $158,808–$243,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Analyze business performance using data and develop monitoring tools for strategic decision-making.
• Upgrade and maintain data infrastructure and Business Intelligence systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leverage data insights to define product positioning, inform product strategy, and support market optimization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in hirify.global Authentication solutions, providing domain leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior product managers, managing priorities and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, or risk management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: R, Tableau, and Python.
• Deep understanding of hirify.global Secure / EMV 3DS fields and authorization data.
• Experience with hirify.global Risk tools, specifically VCAS and VRM.
• Background in Financial Services/Payments.
