What you will do

• Lead the Brazil DataHub Scrum team, translating strategic objectives into prioritized backlogs and clear outcomes.
• Drive a co-development operating model with global squads to align Brazil market needs with global platform priorities.
• Accelerate the roadmap for Credit Decisioning and lead the launch of DataHub for Identity & Fraud in Brazil.
• Partner with Design, Architecture, and Engineering to define user journeys, hypotheses, and platform-ready requirements such as APIs and data contracts.
• Own the execution plan for the transition from Mappers to DataHub, managing customer impact and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as the primary product voice for DataHub in Brazil across technical, legal, compliance, and commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Management within regulated, high-complexity environments.
• Proven track record of leading platform or data products involving APIs and shared services.
• Expertise in agile product delivery, roadmap shaping, and backlog prioritization.
• Fluent English (C1) for frequent collaboration with global teams.
• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
• Demonstrated AI Builder fluency, including prompt design, agent flows, and working with applied ML.
