What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA Sales teams regarding quoting, pricing, and commercial requirements.
• Conduct detailed reviews of customer account information using Salesforce and internal systems.
• Partner with Sales to provide pricing guidance, assess transaction structure, and ensure quote accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Order Management to meet regional business and audit requirements.
• Ensure all discounting and non-standard commercial terms are properly documented and approved.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help stakeholders understand transaction requirements and business context.

Requirements

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data for commercial recommendations.
• Familiarity with CPQ platforms, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed international organization.
• Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships across global and regional functions.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed sales teams and navigating cross-border processes.
